The Board of Directors have approved and adopted the KORE FOODS Code of Conduct. The guidelines for observance of the Code of Conduct by all the employees of the Company have also been issued. All the Directors on the Board and the senior personnel of the Company as per Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, do affirm compliance with the Code of Conduct. A declaration to this effect duly signed by the Managing Director as the CEO, forms an integral part of Company's Annual Report published every year.
